Cancellation Policy
I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep you appointment, I request at least 24 hours notice. Please make all cancellations through my Gloss Genius booking website. Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged as follows:
-24 hours notice: Service(s) will be canceled without charge
-Failure to show: Entire service will be charged
-Cancellation under 24 hours notice: Service(s) are subject to a charge up to the full amount of service
This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, in turn, maintains higher availability of services for you as well as others.
